Here is a little background on Custard Pie. In addition to rekindling the spirit of Led Zeppin for fans, the group also strives to foster professional relationships with anyone the group does business with. The group values the relationships that it makes with the owners and agencies that make it possible to bring this music to ardent fans. The group prides itself on being reliable in honoring commitments and delivering exceptional performances.

The members are down-to-earth people. Although the group takes what they do seriously, no one takes themselves too seriously and for that reason everyone works well together. The group is therefore seeking a talented singer with a great personality and professionalism, but also someone who possesses humility, good temperament and works well as part of a team. That may not sound like a lot of musicians, but it does describe the members of this group. Being able to separate personal matters from business affairs is equally important.

History has taught this group some valuable lessons about the art of choosing a front person. :) Filling the shoes of Robert Plant is not an easy task, but for the right person this is an opportunity to step into a working show with talented, motivated people and reach diehard fans of the 70s delivering truly satisfying performances.

Custard Pie is looking to begin booking again soon. The act currently performs regular shows and also performs as one of the original three acts for the 70s Tribute Fest. The tribute fest recently did a knock-out show at the Starland Ballroom in Sayerville, NJ. The group hopes to return there before long.

Custard Pie will do shows with singers on a full or part-time basis. If you have a project and require a backing band, please get in touch with us. If you are interested in filling in on occassion please let us know. Ultimately we're looking for someone to play a more permanent role so that the show can grow and potentially travel.

Most importantly we would like to continue to provide fans with top notch performances for as long as we're able to do so.
